Report a Concern

BoxxScore takes reports seriously. This page explains what we remove, how to report it, and what happens next. For copyright claims, use our DMCA Takedown Policy instead.

The fastest way: report in the app

Every post and profile in BoxxScore can be reported directly in the app — tap the menu and choose “Report.” In-app reports reach our moderation team immediately, and you can also block a user at any time so they can no longer interact with you.

We act fast. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — including removing content and ejecting offenders — within 24 hours.

What we remove

We remove or disable content that violates our Terms or the law, including:

  • Nudity, sexual, or non-consensual intimate content
  • Harassment, threats, or content that incites violence
  • Doxxing — private information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or financial details
  • Defamatory or demonstrably false statements of fact
  • Impersonation or identity theft
  • Any content involving anyone under 18
  • Anything else that violates our Terms or applicable law

How to report by email

If you can’t report in the app, email abuse@boxxscore.com with the following:

  • Your name and a valid contact method (email and/or phone)
  • A clear description of the content and where it appears in the app
  • Why it should be removed (e.g., privacy violation, harassment, non-consensual content)
  • A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith
  • Any supporting documentation (optional, but helpful)
Identity verification: For privacy and security, we may verify your identity before processing certain requests, especially those involving personal information.

Our response

We review all valid reports in good faith. Possible outcomes:

  • Content removed — if it violates our policies
  • User action — warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban for serious or repeat violations
  • More information needed — we may ask for clarification
  • Request denied — if the content does not violate our policies

Repeat offenders

We suspend or permanently ban users who repeatedly violate our Terms or post content that harms others. Abusive behavior has no place in the BoxxScore community.
