Frequently asked questions

How do I report content or a user?

Open the post or profile, tap the “…” / report icon, and choose a reason. Reports go straight to our moderation team, and we act on objectionable content within 24 hours. You can also email us at abuse@boxxscore.com.

How do I block someone?

Open the user’s profile, tap the menu, and choose Block. Blocked users can’t see you or interact with you, and you won’t see them.

How do I delete my data or account?

You can delete your data from within the app’s settings, or email info@boxxscore.com with the subject line “Delete My Data” and we’ll take care of it.

Do I need to use my real name?

No — you don’t need to display your real name to other users. We just ask that you keep things honest and respectful.

Who can use BoxxScore?

BoxxScore is for adults aged 18 and older only.

Does BoxxScore cost anything?

The core experience is free. If we offer any optional paid features, they’re billed through your Apple ID, and refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple.

I think something about me was posted — what can I do?

Please use our Report a Concern process. We review every report and remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or the law.

Safety & reporting

Your safety comes first. BoxxScore gives you in-app tools to report content and block users, and our team acts on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Purchases & refunds

BoxxScore is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any optional purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple ID. Because Apple handles billing, refund requests for in-app purchases are managed by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@boxxscore.com and we’ll help where we can.
