BoxxScore is a community application that lets adults share personal dating experiences in an opinion-based, community-driven format. The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

All content in BoxxScore reflects the subjective opinions of individual users and is not a statement of fact. Treat all contributions as anecdotal, unverified commentary.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BoxxScore. No person under 18 may use the App, submit content, or be referenced in any submission. You affirm that you meet this requirement.

You may not post, upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks, or incites violence against any person;
• Constitutes hate speech or targets people based on protected characteristics;
• Discloses private or identifying information (doxxing), such as full legal names, home addresses, phone numbers, or financial information;
• Makes false statements of fact presented as truth, including defamatory or misleading claims;
• Makes criminal accusations against an identifiable person;
• References sexual health conditions, or includes manipulated, AI-generated, or deepfake imagery of a person;
• References, impersonates, or depicts anyone under 18 in any manner;
• Is otherwise unlawful or violates the rights of others.

BoxxScore provides tools for every member to keep the community safe. You can report any content directly in the App, and you can block any user so that you no longer interact with them.

We use a combination of automated filtering and human review to identify content that may violate these Terms. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — including removing content and ejecting offending users — within 24 hours. The use of these tools does not constitute editorial control over, verification of, or endorsement of any user content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant BoxxScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the App.

By posting, you represent and warrant that:

• Every person referenced is 18 years of age or older;
• You are not impersonating anyone;
• Your submission does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for the consequences of submitting it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoxxScore, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

All content in BoxxScore is user-generated and unverified. BoxxScore does not endorse, fact-check, or validate user submissions, which may be inaccurate, exaggerated, biased, or misleading. To the extent applicable, BoxxScore acts as an interactive computer service provider and is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxxScore and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App;
• User-generated content;
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss;
• Reliance on content that may be inaccurate, biased, or manipulated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any conduct we determine harms the community, other users, or BoxxScore.

You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account and data — from within the App, or by emailing info@boxxscore.com (see our Privacy Policy). On termination or deletion, your right to use the App ends. The license you granted in Section 5 survives only as necessary for content that other users have already saved or interacted with, and we may retain limited records where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any dispute arising from your use of BoxxScore shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings.

The following terms apply to your use of the App downloaded from the Apple App Store and are required by Apple. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the rest of these Terms, the following terms govern with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices.

• Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and BoxxScore only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). BoxxScore, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and Support: BoxxScore is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty: BoxxScore is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Product Claims: BoxxScore, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes that party’s intellectual property rights, BoxxScore, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Developer Contact: Questions, complaints, or claims regarding the App should be directed to BoxxScore at info@boxxscore.com, or by mail to BoxxScore, 304 S. Jones Blvd, #3982, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the Effective Date above when we do, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice (such as an in-app notice). Continued use of BoxxScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
